Makerspace

ideaFest is on May 2nd, 2025 and the Makerspace will host a showcase for maker projects.  Would you like to present a creative maker/digital media project at ideaFest?

Submit a brief description of your project that you plan to present by April 20th, 2025. You can continue to work on your project until ideaFest. ideaFest will be hosted in the Library on May 2nd, 2025. Please reach out to makerspace@humboldt.edu with any questions. 

Participants should plan to attend for at least an hour and share with visitors about how your project works, the tools you used, your process in developing your project, or share something that you learned or hoped to convey through your project (your creative vision) in a maker statement. This is a great way for you to formally showcase your work for a portfolio, or to get practice presenting.
