Free & Open Source Software

Free & Open Source Software (FOSS) is licensed for you to use for free (no strings attached) and download to your personal computer. These three programs are installed on campus computers and in the Makerspace (third floor of the library) as well.

Freemium & Other Free Software

Freemium software is free to use and sometimes download but there are some strings attached. Some of these programs are available as web applications (you don't have to download anything) but be warned that some may be in early phases and are free today but may begin charging fees in the future. Some freemium software comes with a non-removable watermark over your work but none of the following have that restriction.
